Birth Story Baby #10 ❤️ External Cephalic Version - Increasing Milk Supply Naturally!

The story of the birth of my 10th baby (Baby Moses). There were a lot of surprises with his birth! I found out he was breech at 37 weeks! I was so surprised because I didn't know, and that had never happened to me! Thankfully I was able to have a successful external cephalic version. It was such a miracle because I wasn't sure how it would work out! Also I lost a lot of my milk supply with baby Mo and was able to get it back but it took a lot of work! I think 2021 was a year for miracle babies!! I had a tough time getting pregnant with baby #5 and when I did I had so many issues, he dropped too low too quick and I went into labor at 29 weeks but thank God we were able to stop with a ton of meds, I was miserable, sick and in pain for weeks until 38 weeks I went in for a cervical check and got a membrane sweep and usually it takes a few days for anything to happen but I ended up havingy water break the very next morning, and contractuons started a few hours later, it was a hard but quick labor. When he was first born I cried so hard, I felt this overwhelming feeling of greatfulness that he was here and healthy, he had a loud and strong cry he was blue but that was actually due to bruising from the rough labor and not his oxygen levels they checked it and kept him for supervision for hours, we had a rough time with breastfeeding but he is now a happy healthy nearly 2 year old, I named him Josef.

My daughter's 3rd baby was born frank breech. She went in for an OB appt, and they found that she was actually 10cm dialated! A quick ultrasound showed that he was breech and heavily engaged. So, with a class of nursing students, 2 OB doctors a pediatrician, myself and her husband all present we held our collective breath and she went for it. Once they broke her water he was born in less than 40 intense minutes, completely natural! She is a very petite little mama, so thank God he was 2 weeks early and on the smaller side! With the expertise of her delivering doctors, he was born with only a little torticollis and hip displasia, but perfect otherwise! There wasn't a dry eye in the house by the time he was born, and that included her doctors!

So I have a question. I personally live in Norway, but I’ve heard healthcare is really expensive in the US, so did your insurance cover most of the expenses from your births or did you have to take care of it yourselves? Praying you have a wonderful birth. ❤

My first baby was induced, it’s been so long I can’t remember how late I was, I think I was only 7 days. My other two babies, different doctor, I went 11 days over and went into labor. Every birth was faster than the previous one. 1st one was 9 hours in labor, second one was 5 hours and the third one was 3 hours. You said you had a cold, when I was pregnant with my second baby I think I had a cold for almost the entire time I was pregnant. Once the baby was born my cold finally went away. Didn’t have that problem with the other two.

My son (youngest child) was breech. The night before, I was to visit the baby turner he turned himself around. He was born, with the cord wrapped around his neck.

Not applicable to your birth story yet it was very interesting!!! I wanted to share a meal your family might enjoy and feeds a crowd. Chicken “faux” thanksgiving 5-6 chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3 cups chicken stock 3 boxes stove top stuffing chicken flavor 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning 2 tablespoons ground sage Salt n pepper to taste In a crockpot put chicken breast in bottom of crockpot. Put cream of chicken soup and broth on top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle seasoning (sage and poultry seasoning & sage on top of chicken. Add stove top stuffing packs on top and salt and pepper. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours. Serve with cranberry sauce. It’s awesome and feeds a crowd!!! I’m from Tennessee and we love stuffing!!!! Just had to throw a recipe in for you. I know you but chicken and the only extra ingredients you need are the stove top stuffing. Thanks for your videos I love them!!!!! ❤️❤️

Amber you would be a great Dr or midwife. I would have given anything to have had a knowable and caring woman help me when I was pregnant and in labour. In the 70's it was like going to jail. No help, no caring.. it was a if the Drs and midwives were so put out that I was there..having a baby ...x 5. It waa awful (bad) being alone.
