@itswaytoomucheffort54242 жыл бұрын
There really is!! I had a back to back labour, and they would not let me move so I was on my back which was so painful the only place I was comfortable was the birthing ball. In the end, I got an epidural and the first thing my grandma said to me when she saw me was “I knew you wouldn’t be able to handle the pain” like back to back labour is awful, I was told I smashed my birth / labour and then she said that to me when she visited 💔
@ebonycolliver21642 жыл бұрын
@@itswaytoomucheffort5424 I'm so sorry, birthing a new life in to the world whichever way is a massive achievement and every single woman's experience is different but equally as incredible. Not to generalise but I think people from older generations just didn't have that choice and had it of been there and they had been in your situation, they probably would have opted for pain relief too! Don't let one persons words affect the power you hold in birthing your baby. You would have done a wonderful job and the main priority is a healthy baby and healthy (both mentally and physically) Mumma afterwards ❤️

@@itswaytoomucheffort5424 I'm so sorry she said that to you. Every labor/birth is different. There isn't a right or wrong way to do it, there is just what is right for that particular time for the baby and mother involved. Don't let her unfiltered, nasty comment color your birth memories!!

@@ebonycolliver2164 definitely is a generation thing! I was also induced and had the drip which makes labour pains worse apparently 😂 I know I smashed my labour and delivery and I’m so proud that I brought my baby into the world. But when she said that, I felt so small. I don’t regret my epidural and if I was to do it again I would have it. I’m disappointed I won’t be able to go natural, but at the same time I know the pain is no joke during actual labor. I am so grateful for videos like yours where an epidural is the right choice because your body, at a certain point, just can’t handle the pain anymore. I can’t believe you delivered an 8lb baby!!!! My dr is worried our little girl might be too big right now, but we’ll find out on the 22nd at our next growth scan. Thank you for sharing your positive broth experience!! @LaLoon17 Жыл бұрын
Reason is jealous women criticize them. Some say that women who get an epidural are weak. Like wtf is this. Why do they give a fuck. I mean other women won't bear a child in those jealous womens' tummy and they won't give birth from their vaginas😂😂😂 I can't really understand some people. Actually, we have to unite to stop these criticisms
@Deakybean181 Жыл бұрын
@@LaLoon17 I also can’t stand breastfeed pushers either. Not every woman can breastfeed. These pushers aka mombies think that the baby is going to be less intelligent and have a weaker immune system if they aren’t breastfed. News flash. Adopted babies cannot be breastfed. I was adopted. I’m 27 now. I was an honor-roll student, now run 2 businesses, am a storm chaser, photographer, artist, and am a budding author. I also never get sick. I was also born via Cesarean Section - If I were not, BOTH my birth mom and I would have died. But I guess it’s “weak” to get life-saving procedures in order to give birth and weak to give your baby milk 🥛 if it’s not directly from your ta-ta’s. I really don’t think they consider all of the diverse circumstances, hence why they should further stay out of other women’s business. To this day no correlations have been found regarding the breastfeeding and cesarean births. These insane moms will always criticize and it comes from an “I’m better than you” complex based on their own insecurities. Without Cesarean, let alone pain meds, many many many women would still die. Pain can also put you into shock. Women shame others for things that other women used to die for - but I guess every mother who died during childbirth throughout our entire history prior to modern medicine are “weak” The debate goes deep.

So special and beautiful to watch, Sarah. Your tears when you felt Malakai's head and again when you pulled him out, just started the waterworks for me. Best feeling in the world.. You and Kurt make such an amazing team. I'm glad baby Malakai is here safe and healthy 💙 What's crazy is after I watched this, I decided to take a test on a whim (thinking I was having another irregular period) and found out I am pregnant with baby number 2! Sending love and hugs to your family!
