Enjoyed your video very much. Went there in 2011 to ride our tandem bicycle and visit the book shops (next time you go I recommend a ride/drive to Gospel Pass about 10 miles out of town I think). Thanks for the video from book lover in Fresno, California.

I really appreciate that you showed more of the town and surroundings in general. What a lovely, fun place to do your birthday book shopping. Used Folio Society books! (This American is drooling.) I think you will enjoy In Cold Blood; I certainly did. It was a Book of the Month Club offering many, many years ago and she chose it then. Gee, I just love your "Sod's Law" expression. I don't think we have an equivalent here in the U.S. So glad you were able to fill in the blanks of your Brother Cadfael series by Ellis Peters. That must have made you incredibly happy. So jealous. I'm sure you very much enjoyed your 2024 birthday.
