Gosh, I LOVE how supportive and encouraging these kids are for each other, like Audrey complimenting Brinley on the pillow case. Brinley is doing so good with her sewing projects and is getting really confident in her developing skills. Kudos!

Hi Brinley, You did a great job sewing the bag. And, the cricut addition was "fabulous"! A little tip: place the sewing pins so that the "head " of the pin is towards you, and then you can easily remove each pin by pulling it towards you, rather than pulling it towards the presser foot which can be quite awkward. I also loved sewing from being even younger than you. I sewed a lot of my own clothes for many years. I went on to design, sew and sell unique children's clothing. There was on off-cuts outlet nearby where I could buy fabric that was left over from cutting out clothes to be made in a factory. It was a cheap way to buy a lot of fabric, with the added bonus of having a wide variety of colours and patterns. Keep sewing, BrinIey. It's an awesome skill to have. Edit: be sure to have plenty of over-Iap when designing your pillowcase. Also, make it slightly longer than the pillow, just so it's not pulling too tight on the overlapping area. A silk pillowcase is a great idea. Silk is so good to sleep on. It prevents your hair from getting damaged and it is kinder on your skin. Well done!

Aubrey and Addison are already cooking and taking care of the little ones. Brinley, amazing job with sewing! Annavaeh, I loved your gift for your mom. The kids just seem very respectful and loving to their parents and each other. It’s not about material things, always buying for the kids. Brinley, when you’re sewing you can put the pins the other way, you can sew right over them them without breaking the needle. This way you won’t have to take the pins out and disturb the fabric
