Sounds like my last few weeks!!! My step daughter passed away after a very short illness. It was heart breaking. My husband and I had to take a trip to TN for our son in law, grandchildren and Crytal's services. Then came back from TN on Monday the 12th and my husband went in for total knee replacement on the 14th, I brought my dog to the vet on 16th only to find out that he is coming to the end of his senior life, he will be 16 in November. double ear infection, which is always and ongoing issue. A new cyst, which when the vet tech went to clip his hair, nicked it, started to bleed out of control. I can't put him down yet. Our vet said that I didn't have to make a decision today, tomorrow may not even a month from now. He goes back on the 28th to see how the antibiotic, pain management, and ear infections look. I am exhausted. Oh, BTW!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

I didn’t have my immunization records when I went to college and had to to live in dorms. I was able to contact my county health department to retrieve them. Not sure what that would be relative to in Canada though!

For old medical records you can contact your department of health office, I don’t know if Canada has one. But I had to do it recently and I just called the office in Vegas and was able to get everything from 2005 and from Colorado since 2015.

Once he heals, make sure he has some sort of retainer to prevent the space in between from collapsing and prevent future bone loss. otherwise he will need Invisalign/braces to reopen the space and place implant if he wants a proper bite

Hey! Did you contact the Health Unit in St Catherine’s? They may have a record of immunizations. My kids (43, 39 and 31) have all their documents at the Health Unit. We’re in Alberta, but I’d think it would be the same in Ontario

Oh my god, me and Jeremy got the same thing done and the exact same tooth! My dentist got busted for fraud and embezzelment and the scottish dentist systems so bad, so I hadn't seen a dentist in over 4 years because of COVID, and I went up to the dental hospital crying in pain and they hauled my tooth out.
