Spoken like a true War focused player that does not care too much about the rest. So people if your are actually interested in Events, Towers, Hard mode Map stages, mythic titans etc. heres a different rating: Shackle: Nice hit 3, however, purple lacks a potent shared damage hero and a damage scaler like Franz, Hammertusk etc. So purple hit3 stacks are not meta. Still a good punch and overall useful hero 7/10 Gestalt: 10/10 No hero will dish out as much damage as Gestalt and he useful almost everywhere. In the absolute top tier of events you wont see him that much because theres no time to charge him twice and his special is considered to be rather slow but for 99 % of the players he will be amazing. Timius: 5/10 Since his damage depends on the def stats of the target and in higher tower and event levels the boss wave usually has pretty high def so he will only deal base damage. Also he cant be paired with usual def downs as his damage can only be impacted by growth and wither. Myon-Ni: 6/10 Cool for hard mode and great for towers if you only care about completing the event. Otherwise obviously not a damage dealer. Christin Dae: 10/10 Great everywhere if you can color stack in yellow, especially amazing if you own an erlang shen. Luna: Not an event hero. No rating. Quinn: Not an event hero. No rating Pepperflame: 11/10. Red is the dominant event color. She does everything and more. Shes part of 95 % of top 100 event teams. Amazing hero. I would max 5 copies if i could get my hands on them. Play her with c2 Marjana and see the magic happen. Nogu: Tbh there are better green hit 3s but he is still alright. Basically more or less likee Shackle. 6/10. Darkfeather: 11/10. The king of towers and mythic titans. Vaishali/Nautica/Relius: No event heros. Medea: See Shackle. Hornfel: Could be played as a 5th hero in a red event team but is reduced to his damage in that case because his troop thing is irrelevant in events. 6/10 Shaal: Not particulary interesting for events: 4/10.

I’m sorry but I have to interject here. Maul’s feedback was 100% spot on. If a player only cares for Towers, Maps and even events he/she do not need a deep roster with heroes that complement each other. You can have three teams of each rarity level and do well on most of these events. Where the rubber meets the road is on wars. That’s where you need depth in your roster to go head to head with other teams. I agree his comments are more related to wars, but that is where it matters most. I have finished season 3 in hard mode on auto play with Hippo, Rhys, Cinnamon, Goldie and Timius. People don’t really summon for towers, events and map stages. They summon for war and Titans. That is where specific heroes with specific skills matter. You giving Timius 5/10 is a bit crazy, but you are free to have your own opinion. Happy gaming!

Season 3 Hard Mode isn’t particularly hard…so yeah, you can use almost anything there. But that’s not the point. Mauls ratings were spot on for War/Raids. I don’t even disagree with that. Very good ratings. However, you saying, you don’t need a deep roster for events/towers/mythic titans makes me think you’re not really competing in there. If you want a decent rating in there (top 1000 or more) you need specific heroes and as a regular top 100 event player I pointed out which the absolute game changers for this kind of content. I think you misunderstood my comment as „disagreeing with Maul“ - I‘m not. I gave alternate Ratings for people who might not play the game as war focused as others. Timius getting a 5/10 is mainly due to his lack of the ability to profit from any kind of def down or attack up. That’s simply a disadvantage compared to other event heroes. Timius is 12/10 in wars but he’s simply not as good in events.

Have to agree with Logi here. We have been together in a top 10 alliance and the guy is one of the most knowledgeable event specialists I know. I also didn’t read his comment as a disagreement with maul, I think he just offered a different perspective on the featured heroes.

I have nothing to dispute regarding the fact a hero’s value increases or decreases based on what area of the game you are referring to. You are correct regarding my focus on events and towers. I’m happy to be in the top 5% and I don’t have to try hard to be at that level. I have been playing for about one year now so I will not speak as if I was an expert. I still have a lot to learn, but I keep my cups at around 3300 regularly and find myself in the top 100 in the global rankings at least once per week (highest ranking was #9). I really don’t care much about the events as much as I care about the wars because of the social aspect and the strategy involved. I like playing chess more than hitting monsters very fast 😉. At the end of the day the end results are the same “Disappointing loot 9 out of 10 times! 😂 Thanks for clarifying your perspective! Happy gaming! 🙏

English isn’t my first language so that bit you just quoted probably came across wrong :/ I apologize I didn’t want to express any criticism towards what Maul said. I actually think he hit the nail on the head. I just wanted to encourage people (who maybe got one of the heroes maul didn’t praise as much as others) to still be happy about their pulls because they are great in other sections of the game :-)

Cannot understand why you can pull Ariel with costume but Ursena for example does not come with her costume. As C2P I don't think I will pull in this event, I prefer to save the diamonds for Legendary troops.

Thats a good choice. The legendary troops are necessary in order to keep playing this game. Without them, it's just too hard to survive long enough to deal any damage

Man I'm super upset I'm a C2P player and I've been very fortune to get Smarttounge/Darkfeather from the OG goblin portal before people knew they were cool and I got lucky and pulled Prince Siegfried, just to finally spend some heavy coin on this portal and I got the love child of both characters. Garten, lucky I pulled pepperflame, which is who I wanted sooooo happy about that, but each time I lv up a green, I get a character that is like, "I can do that, plus some"

I did 25 pulls (2- 10 pulls) and got Luna and Nogu with 2- Prof. Ledenbrock in the first 10 pull & in the 2nd one I got Alucard with Kingston.

That's amazing luck! King needs a costume to get his stats up, but he was a great hero who I think will come back around again. Nogu is really good! and Luna is a staple! Congrats on the pulls!

Ok Maul, here is what I got after doing lots of pulls until the 10-pull summon bonus sold out! Ouch :) However, I got 2 Pepperflames, 1 Timius, 1 Pophit. Hope these heroes can “age well”, like you said! BTW, what do you think of me using Tetisheri instead of Marjana C2 to pair with my Pepperflame? Will 2 Pepperflame pair well with each other?

Two Peppers are pretty nasty as left and right flanks on defense for sure. On attack, YES! But, it's kind of a waste of a Pepper. Tet is great for sure. Gestalt is great, too. Congrats on the haul, that will set you up for a long time, for sure!!!

Got MN and Richard (wanted the toon). Then on second 10 pull got Luna (most wanted) and Kingston. On my phone last level of heroes not visible so I didn't select any of them. Have 1 granny ninja and 2 of the rest so whatever. Not doing many pulls going forward bc without emblems and limit breaks what's the point. Dribble out to emblems here and there when it takes ~1400 to fully level a hero, pfft. Stripped guardian hippo of his emblems yd.

Gargoyles are not immune to new purple scorpion lady. I've tested this. Maybe a flaw in the game.

It works for my Kalø. They do still get the poison damage effect, as they always have with any poison damage, but they don't take any damage from it.

@lernendernerd1469 I'll try Kalo but when I ran the slow one purple (I can't think of his name atm) and I tried the average purple he was also not immune. I am guessing it's a badly coded feature and at some point when the scorpion queen sucks they will fix it in a typical zynga environment haha. You're awesome mate! Keep up the great work.

20 summons nothing to show. I'm good was not worth saving all my gems. But this definitely has goblin portal odds without the 2nd goblin. It's funny the 2 times I've pulled Ariels costume she was unfeatured and on a free pull. This game you just never know.
