if u use 12spell dmg 13 spell penetration for the blue socket in the boots u get the socket bonus of 7 spell power. then also change the 25 spell pen from hands to 12 spell power and 13 spell penetration. this way u get +9 spell power and + 1 spell penetration extra^^
