Am I the only one who thinks that this sounds too familiar: Police arresting pro democracy protestors, parliament having full majority of the ruling government, jails filled with opponents, press has been muzzled and lawyers and journalists regularly harassed, activists fearing arrest and fleeing the country, even foreigners not safe and framed on charges like damaging national security, expelling students for interviewing activists etc. This sounds to familiar. I have seen all this in a country other than Egypt. I am not going to name the country fearing arrest.
