Maybe as he gets older he will learn some form of meditation, so that when he cannot run with his body, he can still discipline his mind and be the upright citizen he has now become. Because of such people the society is sane to some extent. Physical activity I suppose is very important, to participate in Marathon one requires determination which is followed. It's not that easy.
