The cheesecake flavor pudding does come in regular, I have all these ingredients so I may try it this weekend .. but I would like to try it as a whole cheesecake.. should I double the ingredients?

If the event is in the afternoon and you do it the night before and store it in the fridge is it going to taste fine and or look the same (also keep in mind the event is two hours away) - I’m putting them in a cooler but would it be best to do it at the event or will the car ride be fine ?
