Ingredients:
200g (7oz) Lotus biscoff cookies
100g (3.5oz) Butter cookies
130g (4.5oz) Cream Cheese
80g (2.8oz) Lotus Biscoff Spread + 1tbsp for garnish
200g (7oz) White chocolate
20g (0.7oz) White Chocolate
