I tried this recipe. It turned out good. I have some suggestions to share. Also, the caramel you add earlier does not blend the sugar in any way. So,while making the biscuit batter, add slightly more amount of sugar than you normally take. Other than that, it was really tasty. It even had the fluffiness of a pudding.

Hi Steffi, For preparing caramel ,no need to add water ,just add the sugar in the pan ,relax and watch,it will automatically turned to caramel,if you add water again it turned to sugar in some temperature after that it will start caramelized...pls check . Have a good day 😊
