Eggless Carrot Pudding recipe in Tamil | Carrot Milk Pudding in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make eggless carrot pudding recipe in tamil. This is a fun and easy recipe which makes a pudding with a wonderful texture. Ingredients:
For caramel layer:
6 tbsp Sugar
For Carrot Pudding:
2 large Carrot(150 g)
1/2 cup water
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
pinch of Salt
pinch of Cardamom powder
Steam for 17-18 min on medium heat

Looks good. I might make that one, we got a free bag of giant carrots and a box of powdered milk packages. I like how you speak Tamil but have the ingredients on the screen in English. I did have to look up what Rava was, according to the internet it's a flour made of either wheat or rice similar to Semolina. I like how the pudding is steamed not baked, so you can make it without an oven.
