thanks for this guide! some skills I didn't know were that important... so good to know. Also, I'm conflicted if I should main Bishop or Ice/Lightning mage... I'll see what happens.

Thanks for your tips at 3:08 and 3:21, I never even considered using Divine Protection offensively. Thanks to you I'm now using this knowledge to optimize my burst :)

For solo play would you rather use a Cont3 or WJ4?

based on what i know about the continuous ring, i dont think it's particularly beneficial for solo bishop play, unless you don't have a wj int 4. If you have no other option and cannot ring swap, it might be the best thing you can do. Otherwise, using a wj int 4 alongside a totalling/ror for two minute bursts is probably better.

in party bossing, how often do you switch between the two different modes? since my bishop is just a bossing mule (up to hluwill) atm, I stay in Vengeance mode almost exclusively, so I'm not used to having to swap back and forth just yet

the only important thing in vengeance mode is to have feathers turned on, and occasionally applying righteously indignant. it lasts a long time so if you're on the weaker side, its probably better to stay in non-vengeance mode as dispel and heal are very useful things to keep handy

@@solsolgms trinodes! As in, I had quite a few experience nodes from the event too but I put most of them into my trinodes instead of the skills. In my defense, I was new to nodes 😂

@@waynelau3256 no problem. i assume you know what our trinodes are but if you dont, the six that we want are genesis/triumph feather, heavens door/fountain of vengeance, heal/angelic wrath, angel ray, bahamut, and big bang. in terms of maxing them, the simple answer would be to max both sets of trinodes, so every skill should be boosted to 50 from the two sets of level 25 trinodes. if you can't, then id focus on the two that provide big bang/angel ray to make mobbing and bossing easier. :3

Ah because I saw you mentioned divine punishment was the main bossing skill, so I was worried if I maxed them out wrongly. Now that I am trying out easy lucid, I can see why it's needed cause I have trouble clearing the golems.

@@waynelau3256 for golems, id recommend using big bang. it probably deals more damage and kills more of them faster. when it comes to your divine punishment, you want to be typically using the 10 stacks in tandem with the Blood of the Divine 10 second buff.

can i know why not wji4 before benedictions? doent it buff benedictions more?

because benediction lasts 45 (or 30) and wj4 lasts 15 seconds. it doesn't matter necessarily when you wj4, so long as everything else lines up with it, and within benediction's effect period.
