@watup211 Bishop Patterson was his mentor. He told me that he would talk to Bishop Patterson often on the phone. I was a member there while in Nashville TN. I was soooo blessed while at there. I loved when he spoke things over our lives. They actually happened.

One question: what most likely have their minds set on to be blessed with is money, houses, cars, etc. Wouldn't the carnal mind (before regeneration) desire these same things? I wonder if any are desiring to suffer or desiring God Himself? For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake; (Philippians 1:29 KJV) btw, God doesn't bless us in response to our obedience (legalism), it is in response to the perfect obedience of Christ.

Boy how Baptists have evolved over the years. Started shoutin like us, playin the instruments like us, and now tryna preachin like us lol wow. Its easy to come into our churches and imitate the power in their own but to witness it with my own eyes is just too much! Thank Gawd for the Truth! I'm def not impressed. Put a hammond organ behind anyone who can work their voice, do a lil dance and say what they heard someone else say and of course you'll stir up a carnal crowd. Think it not strange.
