Less celebrating graduations, more celebrating gainful employment, home ownership, business start ups and real skills.

But gainful employment isn't any more transferable than a degree is😂😂😂😂ya we need help understanding this concept😂😂😂😂

I fully agree with Mr Maponga. We need more celebrations in creating as opposed to gloating about qualifications, give back to the communities. Land ownership instead of getting excited about buying a structure which you are made to believe you will after 20 or 30 yrs, let us change our educational system as well, let it go back to what it was before more focused and enhancing skills than what it is today.

@@kingkhaya1115 exactly the point, if (we) as a people don't make it work then who will, democracy will never allow these kind of our leaders to get in power because that means their western interests/influence is over!

Been swhing this for ever. Once uouve lived in europe you then realise africa is seriously underpopulated In the uk there is nowhere you drive more than 30 mins without seeing a town or city. Ive driven from Edinburgh to london many times. But driving from Johannesburg to sayh Bulawayo its hundreds of miles uninhabited with no settlement except a few huts here and there Africa is empty. Then ive driven through Botswana you drive for hours and not see a human being We need more people. Yjats why qfrican businesses dont grow. There generwlly arent enough people to sustain airlines, rail services, morot car plants etc. Look at Air Namibia no matter how good the management becomes rhe sirline can never grow because the population is 2 million only. How many cars can you sell if you establish a cell phone manufacturer in Swaziland for example 😢

Saying this while sitting next to a shelf full of books written by people with degrees is wild🤣🤣Parents must inform their children of how they can use the intellectual property they leave when they pass away. Let farmers teach their children farming, let business people teach their children business, let scholars teach their children about intellectual property, let musicians teach their children about the copyright. None is less than the other.
