Ephraim Tagu was clearly emotional and poorly handled this interview. Disappointed in this man's conduct. As a broadcaster he is supposed to be impartial. This was clearly not his best moment. Him and Star FM needs to issue a public apology for this mess.

That's the problem of having a mind and not using it. Repentance like Maponda said means going back to not converting to. It's sad that we Africans have an inferiority complex that has stultified our ego,developed progression and Position locally and internationally. For us to believe something it has to be written or come from outside rather than from within. This whole thing about Christianity, Islam, Hinduism etc has nothing to do with the Creator. And let me say this , some are Christian/Muslim/Judaic by colonization, some by influence . Had a certain group of people practicing Christianity been colonized by Muslim colonizers they wouldn't be defending that practice or vice versa. Please note that God/ Creator is not stupid or confused to create us they way we are in different locations in the world. We're all equal and have our own different ways of connecting with our Creator. This is also illustrated in the animal kingdom eg cat family has lions, cheetahs, leopards, tigers etc same as birds we have owls, ostriches, ducks etc. It's funny that when it comes to minerals and other things africa is endowed with religion doesn't come in to play. Gold in DRC, AUSTRALIA, EGYPT ,AMERICA is the same . Religion comes with punishment and rewards yet you're told that you were given free will. This is nonsense

This show had great potential, but unfortunately, the emotions and lack of control from the moderator undermined it. The moderator's role is to stay neutral, manage the panelists, and guide the conversation. A good debate should be driven by facts, with each person given equal time to present their points. A little playful banter can add to the drama, but constant interruptions and talking over one another takes away from the discussion. I believe you can improve next time. We enjoy these intellectually stimulating shows, as they are truly enlightening.

African Traditional Religion is very pragmatic and apply to the need as it arises. It influences every area of an African life. It shapes the character, and culture of the people. It is hard to destroy its beliefs. It has supplied answers and direction to many African life... It affects the whole person, the whole clan or tribe. An African always carry his religion even to the parliament. It is taken everywhere around the world.... as such people are unwilling to abandon it quickly otherwise they feel insecure afterwards, unless something else give them additional or greater sense of security.
