In criminal law the accused could be charged for murder . Arnold is not wrong. Read about intent in act 29. There are various forms of intent . I mistakenly(accidentally) hit a female poodle in Amsterdam while driving out from my garage entrance and went into jail for 5yrs. Spent 3yrs in a general correctional facility and serve 2yrs with a probational community works. According to the 75yr old owner of the dog mnr. Adolf walters, that was his only family and the true heir to everything. After my release i went to pay him a visit and before his death we became good friends, going to the center parks together in Amstelvein. I learned that every life was important. A dog or a cat can be a friend, even more trustworthy than a human. I learned that hard way but finally got the ultimate lessons out of my experience which is to respect every life equally. Ghanaians please its time for us to act up, for we are becoming jokers to the other world.
