It is a traditional dish of karnataka and entirely very different from kichadi as we prepare bisibele bath adding bisi bele bath masale pudi.Actually at oue house we don't even use onion and tomato.Only some vegetables, tamarind water and the pudi.

Rice 1 cup, 1/2 cup toor dal n green gram split da, tomato..Cook like kichdi. For bisi bele bath masala powder roast 5 chili, 4 tsps corriander seeds, 3 tbsp dry coconut , 2 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp powde urad dal, currry leaves, jeera, sesame seesds n make fine powder. Give tadka, add tamrind pulp cock, add the rice n masala powder
