Saya nak try hari ni.. Sis ada tak buat puding jagung karstard? Minyak mazola blh ke juga guna? Selain minyak jagung n minyak msak?

selamat mencuba! tapi resepi ni banyak ya hasilnya, boleh try separuh dulu pun ok. puding jagung tak pernah buat lagi, insyaAllah kalau ada masa sis akan kongsikan ya. yes, absolutely dear, minyak mazola is the best option, tapi kalau nak bajet kan, minyak masak biasa pun boleh asalkan takde bau

woww...alas d best Mazola recipe...with accurate measurement... btw, cld i replace the sugar with icing sugar instead? wld it cause the cookie to taste any different or affect the dough?.... tq

Hi Luna, thank you so much! sorry for the late reply. Yes you can use icing sugar with the same amount, or you may want to add another 20 to 30 gm if you prefer. I have never tried with icing sugar before but I think the texture would be affected slightly since it has a little bit of cornstarch in it. Good luck!

Hello, you can substitute tapioca flour with cornstarch/corn flour or all purpose flour. It will not affect the taste however texture may differ slightly. Happy baking!

tapioca makes more lighter cookies, you can replace with corn flour with same amount. good luck

waalaikumsalam, kalau pada sis lebih suka letak tepung ubi/ jagung dan tepung gandum sebab tekstur biskut jadi lebih ringan dan cair di mulut

waalaikumsalam, biasa tutorial sis tak on kipas, kalau nak on kipas untuk bakar biskut atau kek, kurangkan 10℃ ke 20℃ dari suhu membakar dari resepi

Waalaikumsalam. Maaf sangat2 sis lambat reply. Ada beberapa faktor yang menjadikan biskut keras/ rangup dan lembut/ cair di mulut. Biasanya kandungan gula/ jenis gula, kandungan tepung, kandungan lemak dan waktu membakar. Kalau biskut yang lembut/cair di mulut, kita boleh kurangkan sikit waktu membakar biskut supaya bahagian dalam biskut tidak garing. juga boleh cuba gunakan gula icing untuk lebih lembut. lagi satu, kandungan lemak/minyak yang lebih pun boleh membuatkan biskut lembut sebab lebih banyak lembapan pada biskut. Untuk resepi ni, kalau nak lebih lembut, awak boleh tambahkan lagi sikit minyak dan kurangkan sikit masa membakar ya. semoga membantu

Boleh lebihkan jadi 3.5 ke 4 cawan kacang kalau nak, tapi bagi sis sukatan kacang ni dah okay, dia takda rasa terlalu banyak atau sikit kacang dalam biskut tu

Minyak mazola tu jenama minyak jagung, asalnya memang pakai minyak mazola tapi kalau yang nak bajet tu boleh pakai brand minyak jagung lain mcm daisy atau pakai minyak sayuran lain tanpa bau pun boleh

Alamak, masa lepas kisar lupa pula sis nak sukat pakai sukatan cawan untuk kacang kisarnya. Tapi kalau gram pakai sukatan sama juga ya seperti dalam resepi
