Salah satu biskut legend yang tidak lapuk dek zaman - Biskut Makmur dengan inti kacang tanah yang disangai sehingga masak, dikisar bersama gula, mentega dan sedikit garam untuk memberi rasa lemak. Resepi biskut makmur ini saya tambah susu tepung untuk memberikan rasa "milky" pada biskut. Untuk rasa yang lebih sedap & premium, gunakan minyak sapi berkualiti tinggi seperti QBB atau Enrico dan gunakan mentega tulen. Resepi biskut ini istimewa kerana terdapat dua perisa - original & pandan.

❤️DOH BISKUT :
390 gram tepung gandum | 3 cawan & 2 sudu besar (sangai 10 minit)
28 gram susu tepung penuh krim | 1/4 cawan
1/4 sudu teh garam
45 gram mentega bergaram (cairkan & sejukkan) | 3 sudu besar
140 gram minyak sapi (cairkan & sejukkan) | 2/3 cawan
1/4 sudu teh emulco pandan
❤️INTI KACANG TANAH :
145 gram kacang tanah | 1 cawan
50 gram gula pasir/gula kastor | 1/4 cawan
1/8 sudu teh garam
30 gram mentega bergaram (cairkan) | 2 sudu besar
Gula icing secukupnya untuk salutan

Resepi ini hanya menggunakan separuh dari inti kacang tanah. (Saya buat lebih untuk digunakan dalam resepi biskut seterusnya, stay tune k 😀)
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 180℃ | 356℉ selama 18 ~ 20 minit pada rak kedua bawah/tengah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 15 minit.

Makmur cookies, an evergreen cookies filled with nutty and sweet peanut filling. The peanuts were dry fried and ground with sugar, salt and melted butter to add richness to the filling. I added milk powder into the dough to add milky flavor. Please use high quality ghee like QBB and Enrico for better taste. I made two flavors - original and pandan.

❤️COOKIE DOUGH :
390 grams all purpose flour | 3 cups & 2 tbsp (dry fried 10 minutes)
28 grams full cream milk powder | 1/4 cup
1/4 tsp salt
45 grams salted butter (melted & cooled) | 3 tbsp
140 grams ghee (melted & cooled) | 2/3 cup
1/4 tsp pandan emulco
❤️PEANUT FILLING :
145 grams peanuts | 1 cup
50 grams granulated/ caster sugar | 1/4 cup
1/8 tsp salt
30 grams salted butter (melted) | 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar for coating

This recipe only used half of the peanut filling (I made extra for my next cookies, stay tune 😄)
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 180℃ | 356℉ for 18 ~ 20 minutes at center/second bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven preheated for 15 minutes.
