Due to an update, the menace strat no longer works as good as forts require steel now. If you are wondering why PrussianSeal has a console in a public server, well he is an official RoN mod (just check in the official RoN discord). This was the first time I used Adobe After Effects with Premiere Pro so let me know how it was. And for those saying that I copied Amandus' video guides, I did these before he did soo. Some additional tips: - Try to make friends with other players (as in Japan or India) - If you do end up destroying China, don't let the server know as long as possible so that they don't try to invade China themself With the menace strategy I am currently 4-0 W/L ratio so yeah, just hope that the China isn't too good.

Just did it myself using the "dead server" method, i played from 2019 during the day and won a defensive war against China which took 10 years (he left the game) and then later on i hopped on a dead server amd formed it, took around 20 years as all of the nations i needed had broken into a millipn different nations i had to take.

Here's what I did to get mongol empire: 1: try to ally china. If china allies you, good. if they don't, you're cooked but you could do some trolling by homding out as long as possible. 2: maybe take kazakhstan to het resources but russia or china will probably hop to that first. 3: wait and develop. 4: get lucky with a russia or china collapse and finally start expanding. 5: keep going for gradually stronger nations while managing your military so it doesn't get exhausted and you don't get stuck. 6: Once you think you're strong enough, go for China or at least the rest of it if it has collapsed then form Yuan. 7: The rest is basically smooth sailing. Have fun. that's how I got it by 2040

Someone tried this on me, i fought russia usa mongolia brazil vietnam and japan. They eventually forfeited in 2031 and wp (the war started in 2020) i congratulated mongolia, he congratulated me and i got their land. It was a crazy war!! I almost lost 3 times, but came back with the help of allied bangladesh which steamrolled vietnam. Then usa and brazil did massive attacks, but i defended them everytime. Mongolia played well, but he eventually left. Then everyone got tired of the war and left. I nuked them after XD too much happened in that war that i probably forgot but it was intense.

I defeated Mongolia as China while he was using Stalwart Defense. I spammed around 50 bombers and scorched all his cities, then I moved 2k artillery and 250k troops to a city that was near his artillery and anti-aircraft units. Then I waited for him to go in debt. When he was in debt, I kept war until his stability went down and his war exhaustion and corruption up. Then i attacked his units with trained tanks

he did 16 runs. this was the only one he recorded sadly but usually china invaded in 2021-2023. chinas dont really instantly invade because Qing Dynasty now requires Russian land so they no longer rush Mongolia to form it

My basic method of forming mongol is pretty similar to the menace strat. The only difference being I don’t declare and basically build up as much money as possible, sometimes switching to democracy if they don’t declare for a long time. I then just stay neutral and wait for the perfect time to strike (ie if china is invading India) and work from there

Also turn down ur economic (to minimum) early on before invading anything. Turn it back on once u have a reasonable amount of population and ur going into deficit. Tax is not helpful with Mongolian mainland partly due to the reason that ur economy should be mainly on trade (electronics). This helps heavily late game because you have a good amount of stability to survive the chinese invasion. What i mean by surviving chinese invasion is once uve taken all of chinas land, ur population goes up and so does ur unrest. Ur stab will go wayyy down. U can do it without lowering tax but itll be much harder to balance out your stab.

Strategy 3 is not really allowed by the rules. It is basically a troll war as you intentionally doing it to make russia/china leave which is basically the definition of trolling. So, yeah. Strategy 3 is something that is getting you a warn from the game by moderators. I just went in-game today and found out someone using that same strategy which was kinda pain to deal on.

I am aware people want to form that, but you can’t go fortify the whole country then start a war where you aren’t gonna be intending to attack. That’s what it is known as a troll war and based on other cases (jurisprudence concept), this has been dealt in similar scenarios like Iran declaring war and then not attacking.

Challenge: Play as kyrgyzstan and make either russia or china get 5m losses, or make them scorch all of their land. Imo kyrgyzstan is the most fun country to play as on the game, literally every single province of it is mountainous, so its amazing for defense. However it also has the ability to go on the offensive. It is pretty much impossible to invade if you have proper artillery and infantry.
