Oh yeah the new Manfred Richthofen CV! Lol😂 Well for the new German CV’s only the Weser and August Parseval were in the “materializing” process. Weser was being built from an extra Admiral Hipper-class hull, and the August Parseval I believe is Flugzeugträger B which was Graf Zeppelins unfinished sister ship “only completed up to the armored flight deck” by 1942 before cancellation”. But where they got the Rhein and Manfred Richthofen from is beyond me!

@@andrewmontgomery5621 it does seem based on Lutjens. plus we know for a fact that Lutjens was a good man and died a true warrior in battle but as we know he was not like the other nazi germans and did not agree with Nazi policies, and was Jewish himself; along with two other navy commanders, he had publicly protested against the brutality of anti-Semitic crimes during Kristallnacht. He was one of the few officers who refused to give the Nazi salute when Hitler visited Bismarck before it's first and final mission, deliberately using instead the traditional naval salute. So I'm very convinced that the Azur Lane Bismarck could perhaps have some of Lutjens persona in her.

Its RN designation as "battlecruiser" was EVERYTHING to do with it being 7-8 knots faster than EVERY other WW1 capital ship, and NOTHING to do with "inadequately armour". She was as well armoured as a Queen Elizabeth battleship such as HMS Warspite..

tewsgcdc Fgech k KGV’s guns where pretty good in terms of penetration, they punched through Bismarck’s armoured belt and their HE was also very impressive, they only lacked in size and reliability
