Why on earth is Bismarck the coolest character in Azur lane besides probably Shinano. Like seriously. Iron blood is known for being 95% yandere….and then there is Bismarck. The coolest gal who is insecure like hell. Like she is THE FALGSHIP. Jersey is a bit degenerate, Akagi is….well…Akagi(I don’t know is Musashi ever gotten the flagship title), Queen Elizabeth is a gremlin with attitude and then Bismarck is just chill…Like WTF

jersey is NOT the flagship, enterprise is, also akagi is the leader of a faction WITHIN a faction, the real flagship is yamato, who isnt in the game yet but nagato, the former flagship, says she is the flagship now. also joisey isn't degenerate, just a bubbly funball. and most of iron blood being yandere? most of them are sunken ships that feel empty inside, tirpitz, eugen, graf spee, zeppelin (who is just hateful of everything though, so not empty I guess?), the rest of the rank and file are just workaholics with jetpacks.

no nagato handed over the title to yamato in story, though her and musashi seem to be like orcus on his throne, I think nagato is the faction leader again idk for sure. but you're right, bismarck has no reason to be this calm, but she HAS to be, she's the leader of the iron blood, and thats why she has such a dorky shyness outside of it, her role as leader makes her unable to express herself, a burden she calls it. despite all that, she's still the same biscuit, and its a wonder she hasn't become the mask already, maybe its because of tirpitz, eugen, U-556, and friedrich, because the former 3 are the only ones that are able to talk to bismarck, the person, not bismarck, the beacon of the iron blood. I include friedrich because she eases the burden a LOT.
