My compliments on your work! Highly skilled. I just purchased the 1/350 kit from Academy and can't find a wooden deck upgrade for it. You mentioned "generic wooden deck" in your intro. Will the Mini Hobby version also match the Academy kit? Thanks, Bill Columbia, SC

Great swastikas on ebay also the 1/200 scale very easy to apply and thin enough for deck planking to show through.

yes and apply a clear gloss also to soften the surface

The wooden deck kit includes the portion where the forward anchor chains run.... is the wood deck used there or left off ?

Your problem to fit your generic wooden deck on your mini hobby Bismarck does prove that doesn't match the model 'cause the mini hobby model kits are not an accurate copy of Tamiya ones, generally that wooden decks are designed to fit perfectly on Tamiya ones. I prefer to don't use any sticky stuff on the decks unless I'm trying Tamiya kits only. Anyway your effort is noticeable. Congrats..!

right there's a bit difference in size so you have to adjust or make a slight modification to fit the parts
