Moosa is a likable person...he is honest and truthful... I remember , he told the truth about the accident in the beginning and was helpful to Masooma 's family. Sons like Moosa are a blessing.

he is gross, he is using his friend Harris's s*icide attempt as an excuse to be a drama queen. He doesn't seem to ever actually be working. He was recklessly driving, speaking to Harris on the phone when he crippled Masooma's dad. He often calls his father(the sole real & actual breadwinner in his family ) old and unattractive, berates him, teases him, almost dared him to get a younger prettier better educated version of his mum and make her his wife. He is a drama queen trainwreck nepo-baby; can't imagine anyone being happy with such a son or fiance/bf/husband IRL. It's very weird, bipolar Moosa needs psychiatric treatment but he's a ergo nobody is recommending/prescribing it.
