I am not defending Eddie Hall, but as an Orthopedic Surgeon, I have to mention that he had a torn biceps before the fight, he recovered fast, but he was not able to use the hand efficiently and in a boxing match like that, the possibility to tear the biceps again is very high. So it looked like he was protecting his biceps.
