I have a similar model. Mine is more of an aqua/teal color and mine is called the Bissell Cleanview Allergen Lift-Off. It also is a sealed Hepa system. Other than the difference in color, mine has LED headlights.... which I LOVE! I like it, but I find the squeegee on the bottom hinders it's performance on my laminate floors and it also makes it a bit hard to push on certain types of carpets.

I watched all your videos on this carpet cleaner. I was WAITING to see how you unclicked it to use it as a wand and attached an attachment. You finally in this video seemed to indicate that is not possible yet I do see on youtube their published videos showing it used in that manner. I just wanted to see how easy that was or complicated it was.

You can use the hose and wand attachments. The tools can go on the end of the silver wand. Or on the and of the gray part on the hose.

First of all I always love your channel and thank you so much for educating us on the vacuum cleaner industry world now my question to you is I've never really been a big fan of Bissell but they're starting to make a lot of machines that are catching to the eye so my question is which one is better bagged or Bagless because with Bagless I'm I'm an 80s baby first of all so we always grew up on bag machines which they're hard to find nowadays and if you find them this usually Simplicity record or Royal Hoover used to make some I don't know if they still do now or not Dirt Devil doesn't make any at all anymore are you going to the commercial industry like sanitaire sibo Windsor Karcher different brands like that even Eureka stop making bagged models but my question to you is which one is better bagged or Bagless cuz we're Bagless you have all those dirty filters that you got too costly maintain to keep the suction and the Machine and then it's just horrible when you go to dump that stuff out I'll let you take it outside and I have allergies and stuff so I try not to sneeze when I'm dusting my house so that was my question to you is and thank you so much for your knowledge on the vacuum cleaner industry and we will continue to watch and support your channel thanks

Bagless all the way. Vacuum bags are very expensive. Around $5 each. And just like printer ink. You have to buy them. Most Vacuum companies will void your warranty unless you use there bags. Here is a perspective. On average I use a vacuum bag every 2 or so weeks in my house. At $5 each. 52 weeks per year divided by 2 is 26. 26 times 5 is $130. So 130$ per year. Have your vacuum for 5 years that's $650 of vacuum bags. Or get bagless and dump it for free. And wash a filter for free.

I just bought one and used it for the first time and I agree with everything you said but the cord is set so low the vacuum wants to suck it up all the time so you have to hold the cord with your hand. I was mortified to see how actually dirty my floors were with the light though! lol. And the cobwebs behind all my furniture. But that is not a bad thing, I just need to clean better now. Its a little heavy to push with it in the low carpet mode as well but I am sure I will get used to it.

I am very disappointed in this machine. Terrible edge cleaning and mine doesn't touch my hardwoods. It's poor performance on hardwoods is made obvious by the BRIGHT headlight. Any tips on cleaning hardwoods? Am I missing something?

It doesn't do well on hard floors. If you want a good hard floor vacuum get a shark duo clean

If your vacuuming carpet use the main brush roll. For sofas use the little brush.

How often should I rinse the Inner Cyclone Separator and thw Pre-Motor filter? After each use?

Wash the filter once per month. Pull hair off the cyclone when it gets dirty The cyclone does not have to be washed unless it gets smelly.

@@VacMaster1991 my mom has a Dyson that is made similar to this Bissell and she likes the Bissell better. She regrets buying the Dyson now. I don't like the Dyson because the hose is awkward to use compared to Bissell.
