Just bought this last week on sale - and so far I love it. Makes "mopping" a breeze and it scrubs up my dog's drool spots that have dried on the floor. No more foot scrubbing.

Jeez. I've been back and forth with Bissell just trying to get a simple question asked. If the noise it's making every second ("Bom...bom...bom...") Is normal. Before the support lady would answer me, she had me jump through hoops of sending a photo of the serial number sticker, a receipt, and a video of the noise. I do all that and she says, without addressing a single question I asked, "our recommendation since you just bought it is to return it to Amazon." Just passed the buck (and this even though the FIRST thing I said to her was "I just bought this" so she was already away of that before she requested I jump through multiple hoops, make a video, etc only to be told to go away and return it once I did what she asked) So I come here and it seems the noise I'm referring to, yours does the same thing (here is mine making the noise: kzbin.infokjPabcBSlbw ) So the correct answer would have been "Oh that's normal, all our machines make that sound when functioning." Beware Bissell support!

We have LVP and they advise to not use steam on it. Without steam, does water even drain into the mop heads to clean the floors? So far we have no moisture...

The lights keep flashing, and the mop doesn't spin. It means the motor is strained, but even if i fresh start it, it doesnt work
