@@Raghav___Gupta East-west metro which is completely central govt project it takes almost 2 decades to complete and many years the development was stopped due lack of funding issue and come to the this project line how the state govt fund it's various projects if the central govt kept or delaying 9k crores of money of state govt just because of political aversion

No state govt is not the part of this project but initially state was party in this project under upa1 govt but in 2013(upa2) due to hike in petrol and gas prices as a protest the state govt leaves upa2 govt and withdrawal form all the projects in which central involved and yes it was totally political drama and currently stakeholders are Japan International Cooperation Agency, Union urban development ministry, Indian Railways and don't you see why the cm was invited in the inauguration of sealdah metro station
