Ben- is there any speculation (dubious or not) about how bitcoin’s growth and addition to various countries and corporations balance sheets will keep bitcoin dominance high, diminishing if not curtailing alt season? I’m wondering if this cycle I should keep my percentage significantly higher in bitcoin. Alt coins have already enjoyed considerable gains but clearly the popular opinion is that it hasn’t really started yet. Imo Btc still has about +50% upside left in this Bullrun while many Alts may still do +100-200%. Even though there might be a correction in January i probably will only take small profits in the next few weeks if Btc gets close to 120k and Btc dominance get closer to 50%. If that doesn‘t happen it‘s probably gonna be a waiting game over Q1 of 2025 before doing anything again.

Ben has amazing content but he never tries to analyze the extremely important inflows from the ETFs AND who those investors are. It has completely changed way BTC is viewed and absolutely influences market cycle theory. How much? Not sure but it should reduce volatility.

Granted 24 doesn't seem to be acting in a way to reflect the enormous inflow of cash. It's sort of like how often people don't use the data from the first year or two because it's so off the chart, no pun intended

It’s not a prediction. I think that is part of the point. Ben shares a bunch of perspectives (no chart is perfect, some are useful). The charts and data aren’t a crystal ball. Just information to go off of. The longer you watch, the more you will understand these charts. All together, it looks like we are on track to perform similarly to prior cycles, but likely with diminishing returns (BTC won’t go up as much in percentage terms because the market cap is larger and it’s harder to do). So practically what that means is that KZbinrs saying “this time is different“ in terms of profits, cycle length, crashes, etc. don’t have much to back up the fact that this time is different. More than likely, this time is the same in lots of ways.
