bitcoin newbie here, i have a question - at 11:30 - so basically he's saying every halving is CENTRALIZING and CONSOLIDATING all miners? because it prices out "the smaller miners"? and this is done by design? i thought it was supposed to be decentralized network which encourages more and more miners, not less and less?

Anyone can run a node and have a say if there are forks. If you believe in bitcoin you must run a node to keep it decentralized.

One of these times, the copy is not going to be a cheap knockoff, but rather a serious challenger. And then, some other things will repeat that cycle, a dozen times over in your lifetime. There is no long term value here. It's impossible.
