The BTC ETFs brought in institutional investors. They and the whales have been the buying power since $31k. Financial architecture is being built around those institutional investors like FASB changes, options markets, eventual bank custody and collateralization for lending. Exactly none of those institutions will be able to interact with Cardano without that same build out. I think the argument is correct, but ten years early. Great conversation!

FYI, apparently, Charles, and plenty of people are disappointed they will have a token, so a team at IO will start working to realize what BOS wants to do, but of course without a token (tokens can be unnecessary and just used for cash grabs and value dilution, see Base - successful layer 2 but doesn't need a token). But that would probably be available later on.

The way I understand it is you can process bitcoin on cardanos network without it but let's say you want bitcoin to process something on pokodot using cardano as the security layer then the BOS is a coin that glues every other chain to the cardano-bitcoin rail. Which is what cardano wanted to do in the first place is be connected to everything!
