Yes you can The early adopters are out 50% on their conversion to Bitcoin and it's costing them as much as 20% to convert back into fiat. Bitcoin has to triple for them to get close to back to even. For the Government it's not as bad because they used Treasury Fiat to continue to buy and lower their cost average plus they're not having to pay fees for converting back to Fiat so just 30% rise in price will get them even. Unfortunately, they have to somehow repay the money it cost them to implement & spending the money already on infrastructure and service's from the pool of money they were supposed to be making but haven't. Those tabs are unknown.......yet
