If you can mine it, it's worth mining. That's why video cards were high before inflation. All the miners bought out the rtx 20 and 30 series. I got 8 of the 2070s when they were 389 each. Each card paid for itself in 6 to 8 months depending on the price during mining. I'm getting 344mh on Ethereum then I convert that to Bitcoin when the prices drop. Since 2015 I've made just over 160k and over the years I've invested roughly 15k in equipment. I still have several ASIC machines mining Bitcoin but it's just not feasible with GPUs, the difficulty is to high. I have over 50k Ravencoin and 32m shib coins just waiting, even if it's 10 years from now alli have in it is a little electric that easily pays for itself. But I started mining off what I had and just kept building up, I have invested zero dollars. Back then you could earn money with one card and it paid for itself from the start.

Bitcoin is limited, its block chain is verified by people mining the coin and in return for their work validating the block chain they get small pieces of bitcoin back. What happens when the last coin is mined? It will be pointless trying to mine it, thus the entire block chain validation structure collapses. But if I didn’t make stupid decisions like buying in at all time highs I would have $90,000. 99.9% of the times your mind will tell you you will never get this opportunity again, and outside of things like XRP, you’re wrong. When bitcoin first hit 50,000 everyone panic spot because all the so-called expert said it would never reach 50 K. So it went up to 56 and even more people Biden only to learn the hard lesson of retracement. When people freaked out and pulled their money back out, you could get bitcoin at 44k. All these crypto pump channels who said Ethereum would never again go below $1500 freaked out when it went to 1300 again. When everyone is freaking out because it hit all-time lows that’s when you buy. I bought etherium at 1366 when everyone was freaking out dumping it. And then one day he went back to 1580. Crypto is like no market place you’ve ever seen. Please to my fellow libertarians and conservatives, do not be sheeple. Been Shapiro is very smart but I am living this, If I don’t make money my family goes hungry. It’s the same as watching the talking heads on TV who are glorified actors who are handed Scripps talking about sports talk about the Chiefs having 100% chance of a blowout, meanwhile all the professional gambler‘s we’re betting the other way. Do not invest in pipe dreams. Do not invest in crypto‘s that have to change the world to be successful. Instead look for the projects that except the world as it is, with leader ship that has already proven itself in the business world and has a reasonable action plan and roadmap. Bitcoin is not only the biggest target for the elites now, perceived as the enemy. But it also does nothing. You can say it’s digital gold, but gold does not cost money to sit in a house that you were already going to own. Gold cannot have the climate crazies change laws to make it illegal. Bitcoin cost a lot of money and a metric ton of energy to maintain. Also most of the value has already been made in it. The early adopters hold 70% of it. Even if you were to buy one bitcoin for $50,000 and it goes to 150,000 that’s three times your money. For the risk at the elites want it gone. And even if they can’t kill it with emissions laws, they can simply introduce their own cryptocurrency and say because bitcoin is a gross polluter it now has a luxury tax of 80%. On the other hand Xrp that is thousands of times faster, thousands of times more efficient and cost hundreds of thousands of times less per transaction is that it’s all time low. But it has all the infrastructure in place and a working business model as we speak. It is so valuable to the elites and will save them so much money it’s not in their interest to destroy it. My point is do your own research. Do not believe been one way or another on this topic. If he has political insight and gets deeper into the crypto world then we can talk. I turned $200 into 9800 since Christmas. And if I didn’t make so many mistakes along the way it would be 100 grand. I’m correct nine times out of 10. But if you’re wrong in the crypto world wants it can ruin you. It is the most volatile asset class in the world. Which is great to get wealthy Investing there’s very little. But unless you work 10 hours a day following the trends and reading roadmaps and learning about the new technologies and vetting people, 98% of people will get ruined in crypto. To be honest he never should’ve made a video at all. He should’ve had a panel of crypto experts come on and speak and he should’ve moderated. When he says stuff he carries weight with millions of followers. And the average person does not knowing us, they simply think he’s brilliant so of course he’s brilliant in this. That is not the case. It’s not a debate or you can rely on wit. It’s a grind were you can only rely on mass human psychology but more importantly all the tiny details. It’s the wild west right now. This literally is the modern day gold rush. Around Christmas time just like then Crypto blew up in the news and now everyone in the world wants to grab a pick and pan and make their fortunes. Unfortunately just like then few became wealthy, and just like then you had respected and educated people encouraging others to jump in based on their word. Ben is financially free. He doesn’t have to worry about losing. But too many of his fans when he endorses something they will just jump on the train. And if he says some thing is bad they will hop off the train. That’s why you get a panel of experts who disagree and let them hash it out. I believe bitcoin will eventually roll over to proof of stake, but even if they do you don’t want people getting into the market when 90% of the wealth is generated has already happened. We all agree bitcoin broke through and is far more successful than all the so-called expert said. But now that the door is open for Crypto and now that all these massive businesses no this is the future, do we really think that these people who are hyper obsessed with efficiency and loss are going to be OK with the tractor 🚜 that is bitcoin? Of course not, the same people making decisions freak out over using pens cost five cents more, Or simply going to take the idea and invest all of their money in the new efficient model. Light coin for instance has a massive future IMO. Especially with PayPal. Also bitcoin is now a symbol to the elites of their failure and their inability to foresee the future. It is very important to them that it fails. They are going to do everything they can to ruin it. You don’t want to be the nail that sticks up when the biggest hammer in the world gets angry. People still haven’t learned it’s really the first of a technology to take over. Yahoo got smashed by Google because they took everything they learned and made it better. Ford didn’t create the car, they improved it. My space is not even talked about anymore. Why do we think bitcoin is going to be any different? While it Hass to change completely who it is to stay relevant, all these other technologies simply could put 100% of their effort into making a better design for much cheaper. I make money on the Sheeple Buying when everyone else panic cells and then reselling their own crypto back to them. I should want as many sheep in the crypto pool as possible. Unfortunately I like to think I’m a good person, and I think about all the people who are jumping into something they have no idea about with Hope that it’s going to change their lives, and then I think about the families just like mine who will get wrecked. I just can’t do that. TLDR do not buy bitcoin right now. At best it’s future is uncertain and at this point there’s not much of an upside above 3X. At worst it’s going to be completely decimated by the climate crazies used as tools from the elites to show everybody you do not work outside of their market. In my opinion the most likely scenario is the bitcoin community will not grow any larger. All the loyalists made a ton of money on it so of course they’re loyal. It’s going to eventually over time become a niche community. All the major companies especially the Internet ones will decide on a currency and definitely create their own or pick something like light coin that is neutral and efficient and isn’t a stick in the eye to the elites. I actually think once the majority of the market moves Crypto bitcoin will stagnate heavily.

I wish Ben would have discussed the downsides to bitcoin. 1) Everyone can know exactly what and where you spend your bitcoin. So no privacy and big governments dream. 2) Transactions take hours to verify, and if all the transaction that the dollar did in a day were done in bitcoin, the computations would take more energy than the world currently produce. 3) Apparently, when quantum computers arrive in a decade (or two), all cryptography and computer security will be obsolete. Meaning it will be worthless.

@@JudgeU77 well they know how much bitcoin was spent on, but not WHO spends it, sure you register yourself in a trading platform, but its not a public record, and bitcoin works with addresses, if you provide your wallet address in a transaction you dont really need to give your name or show your face, there is a reason why it is used in the dark web, also transactions take time but not hours, i have sent bitcoin between different platforms and it takes at most 15 mins, its not the most convenient way but its a price to pay for the anonimity and security and i once heard that quantum computers will be able to both decrypt and encrypt codes faster, which means that ordinary computers won stand a chance, but if someome gets a quantum computer to steal bitcoin im sure someone will get one to prevent them from stealing bitcoin

@@tomn8998 Technically the Fed is owned by the Banks, not the government; they get a dividen and everything. But yes the Fed will buy up as much as needed to hit their target yeild. The Banks are buying t-bills and g-bonds because it pays better than holding exess reserves, and because they know that their's so much liquitity that they can liquidate them easily.
