​@BitcoinStrategy eth had to end the mining boom that coincided with a pandemic which caused a demand shock in coincidence with a supply shock of silicon chips. That was a PR disaster, Ehrereum mining meant students couldn't afford a laptop to study and gaming hardware was leading to fist fights in stores. Ethereum has had many PR disasters, starting with the crypto kitties collapse that proved Eth network was underscaled for what it promised. The ICO craze that encouraged all these businesses to run on a chain that didn't have even 1 millionth of the throughput needed. Just have to look at the storied history of Ethereum to see the problem, no numbers necessary. Ethereum is the Trojan gift giver of the industry, every innovation it introduces ends in disaster.

You are implying that the staked eth is a risk because is depressing supply, but you ignore that more than half saked eth (14M) is in liquid staking tokens thus there is a also a market for that supply. I also believe that from a risk adjusted return (eth/btc and possible QT ending soon) eth is probably a better buy than btc at the current time.

ETH is my biggest holding and I can concur, ETH will not hit 10k, I think we'll get to $6-6500. The burn rate now matching pre merge, plus no new ath, and alts putting in lower lows. ETH will not hit 10k this cycle, and BTC will dominate over all alts 100%

I see a lot of the same trends (Nov 6 for example) the only difference is that SOL held a higher bottom than ETH. I still think ETH goes to $6k, but to Gerhard’s point it will not grow as much as people think it does. SOL lack utility. That is what makes me bearish on that chain. It also is somewhat of a laughable chain compared to ETH with the amount of alt-coins. Not to mention the alpha on ETH alt-coins is out the ass…. I'm just a small-time random dude from Cape Town, so I'm not being paid to promote anyone, but honestly the only guy who has been pretty accurate thus far is Connor from Crypto Empire. I wish i actually listened to him😂😂😂. His channel is relatively small with about 70k subscribers. He called Toshi, Mochi, Doginme and Mr Miggles way back in November. He's been right about multiple other projects too. Peter from House of Crypto has also been correct about multiple projects. But honestly, nothing that Virtual Bacon has spoken about has translated into actual gains, which is sad because he does an insane amount of research and he's clearly a very intelligent guy.
