I feel the depressive spiral so hard. I finally, after nearly 10 years, got my BA and graduated into a pandemic. I had big plans and now I'm stuck working at the job at my university that agreed to keep me on, but they don't have much work for me and my position will end in a few weeks. It's so hard to not have something to look forward to, so I'm SO glad that you reached out and sought structure. It's so critically important and especially right now.

That was such magic I still can’t believe how much we have in common on our day-to-day like you treating yourself to lunch on Fridays grabbing a kombucha your dog ignoring you and you feeling guilty your.... how are you feel like the bite lipstick is the only lipstick that looks like your actual lip color, like what?! Not trying to be negative Rachel (so happy you are back!!!) but your dog looks sick, you should run some blood/urine tests. There are a lot of silent diseases (kidneys, liver, infections) that the owners think is personality but it is not. Play safe ♥️🤗!
