Funny enough I've already went with Mastery / Crit in my build prior to the update. We got a small reduction in bleed damage but I feel we are MUCH more versatile now. In every situation we are strong. Single, Cleave (3-5), and big AOE pulls. I think overall it made us stronger even tho we are more reliant on bite now.

Ya I'm a little worried as expansion continues further along that we keep becoming more and more bite reliant eventually turning us into the shadow land build

Im happy that I kept my mind and had faith for crit/mastery. Now dont have to do basically anything to gear :) I recon I simmed about 5% higher on singletarget now and 20% on ae 4 bosses.

Yep I'm looking into it because with bite so strong there is a high chance our rotation of pure primal spam may change to be more forced bites. I'll make a video

We are indeed coming back to SL bite build... Man idk my damage went down, I feel weaker and can't perform in m+ like I used to. In a situation where there's 5 target and PW is up for like 8 sec, would you prior FB or still reapply PW even though you're not in the 4sec window? Idk if I'm clear 😅

You sure are clear. I will have to do testing with different builds because bite does feel so strong that I could see more forced bites in our rotation and possible even switching to lions strength

I am performing about 20% higher in damage then before the patch. You have to incorporate a more bite focused AOE spread between your primal

@@jrob0907 Do you still run Bloodtalons? I tried lion strenght but my finger memory makes me use 3 ability all the time (except in incarn), maybe more rake spreading? With more bites between PW + proc apex, I feel like our rotation has really changed to something not fun

@@batojulie103 I’ve been rocking Lions Strength and I usually do a rip, rake, and thrash spread - with one more primal wrath for good measure then I go into a swipe / bite spam when I pop incarn. It does insane damage. Refresh bleeds before they drop. When incarn is down I find myself using primal more simply because it’s hard to build points quickly enough outside of incarn. But the damage is insane and it just adds to the total damage. I often have bite as my second damage now right behind rip.

you have 2 points on rip? its 2/1, that might be a bug i think.. i have the same but i dont think u need 2/1 on rip. could use that point for something else
