True. I worked 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am for 5-1/2 years. No matter how many hours of sleep I got during the day, I was always tired while working at night. I once heard a doctor say that because the body rejuvenates itself between the times of 10pm, to 2am, if your awake during that period, your body can't re-energize itself as it's meant to do. So that's why we continue to be exhausted after working those hours...
