Good on you for sticking with it, Durrell (Lawrence) is one of the Greats and deservedly so. Have you read any of his fiction and poetry? Regardless, well done. Cheers!

Not recently, but yes, I did read quite a bit of his poetry when I was younger. I feel like there was a book of essays as well... I really liked Justine but I don't think I ever got my hands on the second one in the Quartet. I am pretty sure I read Clea too.
