Reputed universities in UK, USA won't give you a mba seat without work experience.... Okay now talking about Tier 2, Tier 3 MBA colleges in india, That's only help you to get job in India.... UK, USA and other developed countries don't need indian mba graduates..

It's changing now. When I came in 2018 people were mostly coming to do MBA. Now it has changed. Many other courses are chosen by the students. The main reasons which I felt that people choosing MBA is because of placement and not needing IELTS score. And some people are just coming here focusing more on part time jobs rather than studies.
