Honestly, getting rid of poch could potentially do more harm than good. Ain’t trying to see a championship manager run a club who should be getting champions league football year in year out at minimum. I don’t believe that it was mutual consent. The owners don’t want to give poch a say in the transfer window which is why he left. None of this “mutual consent” bull crap. He gets us to europa league and he’s gone. Yes we lost games we shouldn’t be losing but we also turned up for games and won some, even if it’s wins over the line. Whirlwind of a season Up the Chels but I just want us to have a stable manager, good attacking and defensive philosophy and can actually take this club back to title contenders.

My prediction next season. We are 12th by January with 10 injurys and out Europa league in ground stages... there's been P.R all season about cole Palmer not being happy and wanting a summer transfer... There will be P.R that we are in financial trouble and we need to sell players.... There will be reports that we are negotiating for a 17 year old from Argentina called neymarinho who's price tag is about 70m. Clubs absolutely fucked

I dont listen to Lewis's video anymore as he's become so annoying. But since its the last one in the season, I thought Id give it a go. So here's few things i learnt from watching this guy who at times is severely foolish clouded by his hatred of Poch. 1. How he thinks that a new manager with bunch of new young players can be thrown together to become a top 4 team overnight is just stupidity at its highest order. Yes we had a good pre season but do you not know that the League is a totally whole new level?? Jackson got exposed so badly that it shows that the league is very high level football. 2. We know he'll just attribute just about anything to make Poch look bad. If Poch's training caused all of the injuries then why Gallagher, Palmer, Caicedo, Jackson stayed injury free? Even Disasi, Gusto, Silva played large parts of the season. But hey, he hated Poch so its all his fault. 3. He gave a good summary of when we lost and mentioned some of the matches we could've won. But he conveniently forgot why we lost some of those matches. You can say tactics and formation and yes ill admit that Poch didnt get it quite right at times. But in the early part of the season, there were so many individual errors. He wont forget the Sanchez pass but how conveniently he forgot the terrible misses by Jackson and Sterling who we saw in the end of the season won us matches when they didnt miss. He mentioned that defeat at middlesborough but he's forgotten how many chances Palmer missed that day. Sometimes it happens to the best. We missed so many chances in the cup final. And also in the semi against City. These are individual errors. But yes, he'll blame poch for everything. I admit Poch was slow to drop Sterling but he did it and that improved sterling in the last few matches. And people say poch didnt play players in the right position like colwill, gallagher etc. But he did play mudryk in the 10 at times when it worked. He did play Jackson, sterling, madueke is the right position. So ill agree it was a mixed bag at times from poch. But mate, the number of individual errors that cost us matches was horrendous. Even R James nearly cost us the match against Brighton through his stupidity. Was that also Poch's fault? I guess it was in Lewis's head. 4. Yes, i agree we could've got 4th. Imagine we had 5-10 games more towards the end of the season when we picked up form and the team started gelling and other players beside Palmer also started contributing. But to think top 4 with these players the way they played at the beginning of the season - NO CHANCE. 5. He became Poch out when we lost to UTD and Everton. So what happened when we won against them at the end of the season?? Did you not see progress then? 6. Lewis mate, besides the directors, the fan base also have their eyes turned on YOU. You better not be "managerout" by December next season because you got what you wanted. Now you better swallow your ego or pride or anger or whatever and believe in the madness project of these owners because obviously they think like you to let go of Poch. So dont start crying next season if it goes south. We the cfc fans will support whoever is in charge but you had an agenda to get poch out. So you better not complain if we have to weather another transitional phase next season. But you know what, im hoping we do good not because poch is gone, but because I think Poch left the club and team in good stead. You should atleast thank him for that. But we know you wont. Also players hopefully will be injury free - something the new manager will have which Poch didn't. 7. He's been crying for Elite Managers to replace Poch all season with the likes of Flick, Tuchel etc. And now he's just going to let it slide that we're contemplating hiring not one but 2 championship managers because he emotionally thinks with out logic that they'll play better than Poch? I mean I wish they do but that is being overly foolishly optimistic isnt it just because he hated poch. Is he still thinking we'll get Europa, Domestic Cup, 4th place with the Leicester and Ipswich town managers? Mate I know di Matteo won us our first CL but that guy had CFC dna in him so the players respected him. But why will these set out young players fight for the ipswich and leeds manager? Why will Lewis be worried about the future. Poch is gone - thats all matters to him. Never i have seen a fan hate a manager who genuinely tried to help Chelsea Football Club. Even through so much hardship, Poch didnt lose the dressing room even for a SINGLE day!!! Just think about that for a moment and think what he must've meant to the players. Hope you grow to be a more appreciative CFC fan. And kindly stop taunting your own fans. Even Fathur and Jacob were Poch out but their behaviour towards other fellow fans were of a much higher standard than yours. Hope you enjoy the off season. From a fellow cfc fan to another. That doesn’t excuse the woeful list of replacements but that’s just the idiot yanks not knowing how to run a football club. Ultimately potch was in charge for some of our worst ever performances, showed tactical ineptitude for the vast majority of the season and embarrassed us as fans on multiple occasions, we lost against some utter garbage and battered by rivals 5-0, lost to kids in the league cup final… I am not blinded by the last 5 games of the season
