Mate, this was great. I love how you went through some of the highlights of the modulation/sound design possibilities, and ALSO the limitations as just an actual "amp" device on raw audio. I would love to see one just like that on the EQ+ or the Micro-pitch devices. Thanks, easy sub!

Hey mate, super stoked you're back in action! This was an awesome video and I learned a lot, seriously, great work. I would love to hear more about your approach to things like how you combine bitwig FX to create interesting FX chains. Maybe you could do a video on the reverb/delay and how you like to use other FX to enhance them, or talk about the modulation FX as a group, touch upon each one quickly but then show how you like to use them in harmony with other FX. Lastly for a final suggestion maybe something to do with building your own FX in the GRID if you do any of that. But either way, I'm sure whatever video you put out next will be stellar.

Thank you! 😃 I’m trying to think of a way to do something like that where I go through the way effects can interact with each other but I’m unsure on how to present it so it’s not (1)Boring for people who aren’t beginners and (2) includes enough beginner information so as not to alienate a lot of people. So as soon as I figure that out I’ll do it! Thank you for your support 😁

Did you try to get a heavy metal, distortion guitar sound by chance? I've been trying to find a Bitwig preset for this sound. Something I can just play with my midi keyboard. I previewed all the Guitarix plug-ins and nothing good there. I totally overlooked this Bitwig Amp option. What would you think would be the best oscillator sound to start with? Basic saw wave? Thanks for the video.

Hey man I don’t do a lot of trying to replicate guitar sounds because guitar is my main instrument. But if I were too I would probably use sampler with a clean electric guitar sample running through an amp plugin. Bitwig amp is not great for heavy distorted guitar sounds! I think the free LePou Amps are pretty good from what I’ve heard! A lot of what’s going to make it sound good is the way it’s played! Lots of dynamics and vibrato etc!

Anything but EQ+ till they solve the problems with phase. Bitcrusher would be nice. It’s a bit complicative. Thanks. Great video!

garron...appreciate the info man...but....im always surprised how little attention is paid to balance between the narrative and the demo sound.....your voice is 15 DB softer than the sounds from mbitwig....so impossible to protect ones ears...had to give up

Hey man appreciate the feedback! I’ve been very time limited when I make these videos for various reasons the last few months so, attention to detail has been lacking. They are kind of getting thrown together in a few minutes. That will be changing over the next couple of weeks so if you come back you should notice a difference! Thanks again!
