I have my Bixpy on my 2021 Hoodoo impulse 120. Love it. I have it where my FIN DRIVE fits. I purchased a 2nd battery, because I fish a 2600 acre lake. And other fisheries 15 min away or 2 hrs away. I've never ran out of battery life, so I have my 2nd battery secured on a bracket inside one of my storage hatches, attached inside my hull. But, I think you were supposed to put Diolectic grease. On those fittings, especially in salt water, or any water. Pushes my vessel easy 5mph. But I am 5ft 7 and weigh 152lbs. Awsome little motor to have. Not big, bulky, or complicated. 🎣🤟🙏

Thanks i'm also looking forward to testing it, my partner has arranged a day at the beach for our kids and some of our friends and their children too, so after learning all about it the plan is to take them for a ride along the shore front.

Did you drill the holes and make the cutout on the rudder yourself?
@KiwiFighter6 жыл бұрын
No the rudder came like that however the Bixpy did come with a template that I did not have to look at too closely but you can find it here drive.google.com/file/d/0B131kzWP5TuucHE5QlQwdmhCTUk/view

When all else fails.... read the instructions. Typical kiwi . 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Doing it on concrete tiles is a 'good' idea too ! Gets that nice scratched beaten up well used look straight off. Just saying ! 🥴
