I think this is just fine as long as the game when two players resulted always in a draw Might consider at least 5 draws then award the Joint World Rapid/Blitz Championship Title and other tournament that is applicable only if both parties agreed with it This should exclude the Overall World Championship Title which should be only one What if FIDE thought having two vs two? Exciting!

Nakamura is not happy with what happened this time. Other players are not happy too. Mixed reactions from players and the public. In the case of Ian Nepo, he probably agreed to share the championship because he thinks he would probably lose to Magnus. Meanwhile Magnus could be feeling generous.
