Hey Volks! I was interviewed a few weeks back by James Maddalone from the Kingdom Heir Podcast ‪@kingdomheirsco‬ He is also from NY and moved to Texas. James opened my eyes on this podcast when came to the topic about the "Youth" today and their work efforts. He threw at me that there are eager kids today that want to work and would be inspired to jump into the beloved Classic VW Bug that we all love. I think I am going to take him up on his advice. What are your thoughts?
Quick Blurb about what James is all about: Subscribe to his channel, he is a great guy!
"The founder of Kingdom Heirs is an entrepreneur, who owns and operates multiple service based companies and is a Commercial developer located in Texas. They create wealth through their businesses and use the profits to support local, national, and international efforts to spread the Good News through establishing sustainable Primary and Secondary projects working through local churches.
Kingdom Heirs is a podcast that highlights different business people around the country that do the same as we do and it will also encourage entrepreneurs to use the resources that they generate through business to begin doing sowing into the work of the Kingdom. This we believe brings purpose and meaning to life."

Hey Chris, long time viewer and fan of your work. Just wanted to agree with you and James as our country needs to become "Makers/Artisans" again. I agree that its bad out there and we really need young men and women to learn how to make/fix things again (especially VWs). My son is 19 and is in search of an apprenticeship position to get hands on learning. He has tried college (currently enrolled at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University), but is much better learning through hands on training. He loves everything vintage and likes creating videos as you do. Let me know if you start anything as I live in FL also.

Good one guys! Everything said, I agree with. I got out at 53. People were croaking mid sixties. Scary. Left CA. nine years ago. Love TX. Quite a spectacle, when I cruise my bug around my little town. (No street lights), 7,000 people. Gas was 1.39 when I moved here. Now 2.68. I carry, everywhere. A quality VW shop would do well in west TX. Hint hint😊

I know two 11 year olds who have been fascinated by the manual trans in my Subaru Forester for many years. One is in it so often he can talk me through take off with clutch, gas, handbrake and checking for traffic. That generation will straighten out society.

This was very interesting Chris, nice to know a bit of Your history. I sincerely hope You find the same desire in the “youth” situation as James mentions. Still a very rare case in my area. Anyway, Have a great day. 🆒👍👍🇺🇸

I have an idea, get an AI tool to help search for specific videos that you have done. Maybe I'm stupid, but it takes me a very long time to find what I'm looking for.
