I think Beatstar devs understood the fact that the community will complain about very Hard Deluxe charts that aren't Extreme, just like ADOANIM from s36, so even though it's not a Rock or a Dance song (actually it's Pop and Dance) they made it as an Extreme because they didn't want the community to complain again...
