I believe a more terrifying encounter would be that some psychopaths tend to use abandoned buildings as hide outs or burial for dead bodies. The crazy part about the first one was when he opened the door really fast there was a screen door closed. But the door on the inside, the main door, was the one being knocked on. Creepy! The second one too. Something was definitely beating on the door but there's no shadow in the light underneath the door to signify someone is standing out there. The 3rd one's the creepiest though. The sound of La Llorona crying is terrifying.
