Yes. This is actually what I do for businesses. Google My Business is huge for local service providers. You want to create a listing and verify it. Then optimize it by giving as much info as possible and get 5 star reviews. Then build citations using a service called BrightLocal. That’s where I would start.

They sure do. Only if they pay via the quickbooks portal. If they send you a check od cash app you or zelle you, just close it out in the QB as paid.

I have used QBs online (with many frustrations) and have recently been trying to transfer over to FBs. One of my struggles is receiving 1 check paying multiple invoices from 2 different invoicing platforms. Does FBs have a way to take payments for multiple invoices with1 check (split fee)? How do I handle this same check paying for invoices from other platform? thnks

Fellow KZbin creator here. I have had a simple service based marketing agency for several years and love Freshbooks. I am finding tough to integrate KZbin related payments into Freshbooks along with my client invoices, though. I have two channels and need to differentiate between the two and also from my client revenue. What did you ultimately choose since you sound like you're in the same boat?

I ended up with QuickBooks. I invoice directly from it and categorize it accordingly. For KZbin payments I only have one channel currently monetized (just Adsense) and that is auto imported into Quickbooks and then categorized based on a rule I setup. From my understanding if you have two channels monetized on KZbin it will be combined on the same Adsense account and just be commingled income. That might be the issue you’re dealing with if you’re trying to separate those two. Sorry if that doesn’t help I might be miss-understanding. Very cool on the businesses though, love it!

I'm in a similar situation as you. In my opinion QuickBooks works better with payroll. And it seems more flexible. Maybe I'm just used to it or maybe I haven't dug deep enough but I don't see any payroll options for freshbooks compared to QuickBooks. At least that's in my case

Yes, It can be set up to pull in bank account info, which you then just need to approve and assign to clients/accounts as needed. QB does also but FBs process is SOOO much cleaner and simple to use
