Yep. true traditional banks not interested in township business models, but truth they approved me for R2m car, but rejected me a R1.2m construction loan. on the same income statement/ cash flow. Mxm. but we carry on, and persevere.

Invite the big banks to the townships will be a big mistake ever made keep them way . the rise of the township economy should benefit the locals in mpumalanga some townships are now way above the so called suburb areas .

You financing if you open a business account for your registered business. Your bank will allocate you with a business banker who will help with the financing process

R140k less bonds, less services et cetera would obviously leave a huge amount spare per month. Paying off bonds with excess will be a quick turnaround to generate security to receive financing for new projects. What am I missing in this interview? Granted starting from scratch an impossible feat for a person, but a successful model already generating a substantial monthly income can recreate this model by themselves.

It doesn't end with Building Plans..it involves Town Planning approval as well which mostly will require Rezoning application which can be a 6 months process,

Which is why she is turning 3 bedroom house to 6 bedrooms for time being. After all those processes she will be able to build whole huge building.

Technically just doesn't have to declare any income to sars untill she makes a million rand profit at which point she can another entity and repeat. SARS is cancer if you know where m going
